Rich and chocolatey brownies
Ingredients: Coconut flour*, cane sugar*, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, tapioca flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt *=organic
Quantity: Makes enough for a 8x8 or 9x9 brownie pan
How to construct:
1.In a lage bowl mix 1/2 C mylk of choice, 1/2 C water, 1/2 C melted oil of choice, 1 egg or replacement, 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional for lift), 1 tsp vanilla. 2. Combine with this baking mix and mix well. 3. Press down onto 8x8 or 9x9 brownie pan. 4. Bake at 375F for 15-18 min. 5. Cool completely before cutting. Enjoy~!
