1. Thaw everything except for noodles at room temp or in fridge
2. Broth: Remove contents from pouch, add in simmered tofu and heat thoroughly
3. Noodles: (just like pasta!)
- From FROZEN add noodles to boiling water
- Stir a few times to prevent noodles from sticking
- Cook approx. 2 min 30 sec or until desired texture is attained
- Drain
4. Serve:
- Divide broth, noodles and tofu into bowls
- Top with green onions, and yuzu peels
