Our smooth and creamy carrot miso broth truly brightens up cold days and refreshes warm ones! Depth in flavour is always a challenge when it comes to plant based. We’ve got you covered! We’ve mastered spices with a luscious creamy texture from the blended carrots and chickpea miso. Revitalizing ginger,  adding anti-inflammatory qualities, and the carrots for an excellent source of vitamin A! A soup and broth that does not disappoint.

Ingredients: Water, carrots, *butternut squash, cabbage, *onions, *chickpea miso, *ginger, *garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, nutritional yeast, bay leaves, black peppercorn *=organic

Heating instructions:
Defrost in the fridge at room temperature. Empty contents into a pot and heat to boil. Add your favourite cooked noodles, add some veggies. Enjoy!

Tips:

-this soup is great on its own but oh so satisfying with some light rice noodles, a drizzle of thick coconut milk and fresh cilantro for a more exotic flavour!
