Frozen Vegan Organic Udon Noodles - 3 portions

The ultimate feel good Japanese hearty, home-style comfort food. Our udon noodles are like no other. They are thick, flat, chewy, and decadent cooked any way! Made 100% plant based, we use THE best ingredients. Organic, flavourful wheat from British Columbia is the key to the aroma and quality of the noodles we create. Udon is most commonly enjoyed in a simple broth by many with any dietary preference. These noodles will make you eager to slurp!

Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour, Water, Organic whole wheat flour, Salt, Potato starch

Heating instructions:
(Just like pasta!) In a pot, bring a generous amount of water to a boil. From frozen add noodles into boiling water. Stir a few times to prevent the noodles from sticking. Cook approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until desired texture is attained. Drain and enjoy in soup, sauce or starry! (Rinse with cold water if using in salad to stop cooking process). 


-udon salad is super tasty with a ponzu type dressing topped with cucumbers, scallions or radish

-get fancy and make some tempura for a complete add on

-stir fry in a soy-based sauce for a gourmet yaki udon!

-make a curry flavoured broth to enjoy a winter favourite

Suggested toppings: Scallions, tofu, shichimi (7spice), corn, kale, bokchoy

Please note that these udon noodles are thick, dense and chewy. Depending on the setup, you may need to cook these noodles longer and with a bigger pot and more water.
