The ultimate UMAMI broth. Our take on the famous classic broth gets even better. It is made GLUTEN FREE with organic tamari shoyu. A traditionally styled all around broth made simply from the flavour profile of konbu. Definitely one of the most versatile soups in our product profile. A fan “go-to” leaving you wanting more. Couples perfectly with our decadent Udon Noodles.

Ingredients: Konbu water (simply the umami flavour derived form soaking premium konbu in water), Tamari gluten-free soy sauce (water, organic soy beans, salt, aspergillus oryzae, bacterial culture), Mirin (water, glucose, rice, tapioca malt, salt), Salt, Nutritional yeast, Organic apple cider vinegar

Contains: Soy

Heating Instructions:

Defrost in the fridge or at room temperature. Empty contents into a pot and heat to boil. Add your favourite cooked noodles, add some veggies. Enjoy!


-you can use this broth as a soup stock for ANY dish you want a depth in flavour. (soup, stew, sauce, risotto, congee etc)
