Mayumi's entrepreneurial journey began with The Workshop Vegetarian Cafe in 2016, a vibrant space where she experimented with flavours and textures, proving that plant-based food could be both delicious and satisfying.
Recognizing the growing demand for convenient, plant-based options, Mayumi and Team expanded her vision and launched The Plant Based Workshop, a thriving CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brand.
Now, available throughout Canada and in Food Service. Their largest customers being UBC, SFU and post-secondary institutions.
