Shipping policy

**1. Shipping Rates:**

We offer standard shipping. Standard shipping is $15 on orders under $50. Shipping is free on orders above $50 across Canada, and above $100 to select US states. 

**2. Shipping Time:**

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, Closed Holidays). We offer standard shipping. Shipping time generally takes 7-10 business days to arrive. We cannot guarantee these delivery windows, as carriers may encounter delays beyond our control.

**3. Delivery Areas:**

We currently ship within Canada and to select US states. Please note that duty fees are the responsibility of the customers for US shipping. 

**4. Order Tracking:**

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

**5. Delivery Process:**

Deliveries are made through reputable carriers. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for perishable items. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will attempt re-delivery or provide further instructions.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
