We've made some modifications to our menu to reflect the change in weather & season. 

As a result, we are excited to announce that the Vegan Hoto Udon is back! For those that didn't get a chance to try this dish last season, here is your chance to do so. Hearty potato-leek & chickpea miso broth, with our home-style udon noodles, topped with kabocha squash, shimeji mushrooms, corn, smoked tofu, green onions and radish, this dish is guaranteed to warm your soul. 

We've made it super easy to cook up this plant-based meal at home, with our packaged creamy-potato leek broth and our home-style udon noodles. Simply, heat up the broth, cook the noodles and add some veggies on top.
