Ingredients

  • Kale and Spinach Ramen noodles
  • Sesame oil
  • Tortillas
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Kimchi
  • Handful of spinach
  • Teriyaki soy protein (or any protein of your choice)
  • Shredded carrots
  • Gochujang sauce (equal parts gochujang and sesame oil)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package or until the preferred texture is attained.
  2. Strain the cooked noodles and toss them in sesame oil until well coated. Set aside.
  3. Spread butter and mayonnaise on one side of the tortilla.
  4. Spread a layer of kimchi on top of the butter and mayo.
  5. Add a handful of spinach, followed by the prepared ramen noodles, teriyaki soy protein, and shredded carrots on top of the kimchi.
  6. Drizzle some more mayonnaise and gochujang sauce over the filling.
  7. Carefully wrap the tortilla, ensuring all the ingredients are enclosed.
  8. Enjoy!
Note: Get creative with your fillings and adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more or less gochujang sauce and kimchi. For a crispy outside, place the wrapped tortilla onto a skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy!
