- 2. In a bowl, mix soup pack with 300ml boiled water.

Shio ramen is one of the classic flavours of Japanese ramen, distinguished by its clear, light broth. The word "shio" translates to "salt/savoury". The Plant Based Workshop has taken this classic flavour and added a bold garlic accent to create a bowlful of comfort and soul.
- Boil Water: Start by boiling 2 cups (500mL) of water in a pot.
- Cook the Noodles: Stir in the ramen noodles into the boiling water. Bring back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes or until they reach your desired firmness, stirring occasionally.
- Prepare the Soup: While the noodles are cooking, add 300mL of boiled water to a serving bowl. Stir in the contents of the soup pack until well mixed.
- Drain Noodles: Once cooked to perfection, drain the noodles.
- Combine and Garnish: Gently place the noodles into the prepared soup. Garnish with your favorite toppings for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
