Frozen Organic Vegan Ramen Noodles - 3 portions


Very, very slurp-able! Our ramen noodles are unique! First of all, they are made 100% plant based. We use THE best ingredients. Organic, flavourful wheat from British Columbia is the key to the aroma and quality of the noodles we create. What makes ramen noodles special is the kansui, an alkaline mineral water that gives them a nice firmness even when they spend a long time soaking in broth.

Ingredients: Organic bread flour, Water, Organic whole wheat flour, Aluminum free baking soda, Potato starch

Heating instructions:
(Just like pasta!) In a pot, bring a generous amount of water to a boil. From frozen add noodles into boiling water. Stir a few times to prevent the noodles from sticking. Cook approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds or until desired texture is attained. Drain and enjoy in soup, sauce or starry! (Rinse with cold water if using in salad to stop cooking process). 


-after straining the cooked noodles, pan fry them for fried noodles, yakisoba!

-chilled noodles during the summer is absolutely epic, choose your favourite sauces and greens, mix for a easy yet satisfying meal

-make sure you don’t over cook your noodles if you like a nice firm texture
