At The Plant Based Workshop, we believe that food is more than sustenance.
We are fond of the idea of gathering around a meal with your loved ones. The journey of social, interactive feasts really elevates the dining experience.
Hot pot, also known as shabu-shabu in Japan or shuizhu (literally "water boiling") in China, is a communal cooking method where a simmering pot of flavourful broth sits at the center of the table.
The fun lies in slowly cooking a variety of thinly sliced ingredients right in the pot itself, creating a personalized and delicious meal for each guest.
Traditionally, hot pot involves meat, seafood, and vegetables cooked in a meat-based broth.
This is where The Plant Based Workshop's UMAMI RICH concentrated broths and crafted noodles come in to play!
