Ingredients
- 1 mochi cake mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup oil of choice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla extract, and the mochi cake mix. Stir well until a thick pancake batter consistency is attained.
