Creamy Plant Based Tan Tan Ramen with The Plant Based Workshop Noods and Yoggu

Ingredients

  • noods. Spicy Tan Tan Ramen Kit
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 300mL boiled water Toppings of your choice (cilantro, sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, green onions, snap peas)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the broth.
  3. In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of yogurt with the liquid concentrate TanTan broth.
  4. Pour 300mL of boiling water into the bowl with the yogurt and TanTan broth mixture. Stir well until everything is combined and creamy.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and add them directly into the bowl with the creamy TanTan broth.
  6. Finally, add your favourite toppings to the ramen.
  7. Consider adding cilantro, sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, green onions, and snap peas for a burst of flavour and texture.
  8. Serve your Creamy TanTan Ramen hot and enjoy this delicious and comforting dish!
