A dollop of creamy yogurt elevates the entire Spicy Tan Tan Ramen to new heights and flavour!

Any yogurt will do. We tried this with a coconut based, velvety, plant-based yogurt called Yoggu. This transformed the dish into a rich, luxurious, almost

Thai style broth. Yum!

The coolness of the yogurt tempers the heat of the spicy Tan Tan ramen broth, creating a harmonious balance that dances on your palate.

The tangy richness of the yogurt adds a depth of flavour that complements the bold spices and savoury umami notes of our OG ramen broth.

Creating a symphony of taste that is both comforting and exhilarating.

With each slurp, the creamy yogurt coats your taste buds, creating a luscious mouthfeel that enhances and changes the overall experience of the Spicy Tan Tan Ramen.

Let’s face it, we like exploring difference facets of the same thing.

The creamy goodness will take you on a whole new level of culinary bliss!
